Goods must be returned unworn, with labels attached and in the condition they were received, in original packaging where applicable.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org (opens email) quoting your order number and if you would like a return or exchange.
We will need your collection address, email and contact phone number for our courier.
If you would like to exchange your item we will discuss this with you on email and confirm availability of alternatives. (Please note that we can obtain sizes and options not on our on-line store, and you may wish to place a special order to get the size or colour you want. This can all be arranged for you.)
We will arrange a collection by DPD (usually collected on the following day) and email you your label to print and attach to your parcel. You will be able to manage your collection using DPD in flight options notified to your given email and text number.
WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF YOUR WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

The shipping charge is automatically calculated at checkout.
We use DPD Next Day Delivery, with notifications to your provided text and email address.
Deliveries may take an estimated 3 business days, depending on whether stock needs to be collected from the boutique for shipping during COVID.
Where possible we ship the same day subject to these restrictions.
International shipping is a fixed fee of £14 and we use DPD fastest provided route. Shipping times vary by location. DPD tracking is provided to your preferred text and email address. Where possible we ship the same day subject to stock availability as above.
THIS IS UPDATED AS AT MARCH 28th 2020 TO REFLECT OUR SERVICES DURING THE PERIOD OF UK LOCK DOWN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF COVID-19
During this period there will be a delay to our normal shipping and delivery services, some of which will be out of our direct control.
We are opting to use DPD courier services during this period, but may need to change provider depending on services available, which are subject to change.
We use a 1-2 day delivery service. Collected from our location, delivered to yourself, and tracked. This is to minimise any contact with other people while we are socially distancing.
Stock may need to be collected from our boutique to fulfil orders, and this may take an extra day to process, as trips the boutique must be infrequent and necessary.
We suggest you estimate a 3 business day delivery window for goods to arrive, during these extraordinary times.
In addition, we have had to now charge for UK delivery, and continue to charge for delivery outside the UK. The charges applied reflect the cost of delivery using the services above.
The physical boutique remains closed until the UK government allow shops and retailers that are none essential to open. We are committed to serving our customers in as timely a fashion and to the best of our ability in these times, and always complying with the rules and guidance from the UKK government, which may be subject to change at any time.
